Mary Ramos

I have over two years of experience in the insurance industry, primarily handling back-office tasks as a service person. I am deeply grateful to be part of this team and truly excited to expand my knowledge and grow within this incredible industry.

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public administration. I have spent most of my career as a Customer Service Representative. During the pandemic, I embraced the challenge to broaden my horizons and successfully transitioned into a role in insurance. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m excited about the opportunities to learn and contribute further to this team.

Outside of work, I’m a homebody who finds joy in cooking—it’s my favorite way to relax and have fun.
