Karen Carter

Born and raised in Central Mississippi. I attended Meridian Community College on a Softball Scholarship, then continued my academic and athletic career at Mississippi College. Graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors in Kinesiology. After graduation, I went back to school to receive my teaching license and became a teacher/coach, which I did for six years in Mississippi. I met my husband, Ben, in 2016, and we were married in 2018. We moved to Arkansas in June of 2019 to where he is originally from. After coming to Arkansas, we started a family and wanted to make a change in careers that would provide me more time with my family. I started working in Insurance in February of 2021. Licensed in Health, Life, Property, and Casualty. I have 3 kids. Ellie is 4 years old, and the twin boys, Micah and Silas, are 18 months old. I love all things sports: running, hiking, playing sports, and watching sports.
