Great rates, fast responses and always a friendly voice on the phone. I am very impressed with the service provided by Barrett and Kelly. They treated me more than just a client.

Post 1 – some time ago: I have been working with Kim for several years. I couldn’t ask for someone to pay more attention to my questions and concerns! Her answers are always well-researched. Besides, she’s very pleasant and friendly. Post 2 – Nov. 4 – 2015 I really want to give an “‘atta-girl” to Renee Schiffauer for all the help you’ve been over the past nearly two years. I virtually never have worked with someone in a service role (certainly in the IT age) who has been more kind, caring, tenacious, knowledgeable and generous. You and I have solved all kinds of problems with health insurance coverage and claims for the great granddaughter we’ve been raising for 10 years. I also want to restate how much I appreciate Kim Alire. It’s such a please calling and getting her right away without ten transfers or holds. Kim, you’ve been great on our other insurance needs, including helping with a hail damage roofing claim!

Kim is awesome! I called in as I was in a pinch and Kim and crew had exactly the policy I needed within minutes! She even called lender to make sure they were satisfied. Thank you!

I have been with Bartels Insurance Agency for many years now and the customer service I have received, first from Kelly and now from Kim, has always been first rate. I could not ask for anything more. When I had questions about my rates they researched and either cleared the matter up or found me a different rate. They were seamless in the distribution and handling of the paperwork and made sure to follow up each and every time.Great company – great employees.
