I’ve been with the same insurance company for 38 years and it was getting more expensive every year. I got Sarah Lucero’s name from my daughter and I was told she is very helpful and would work hard to find us the best insurance and affordable. I was worried to make a change because we were with one insurance company for 38 years. I didn’t know if I should trust another ins company. Well, Sarah made me feel comfortable, because I truly felt she listed, when I spoke, and she understood what coverages was needed and we were looking for savings also. We need new policies for our home and vehicles. Our granddaughter also needed insurance coverage for her vehicle. Sarah gave her full attention to our conversations, and didn’t mind at all, when I called back with additional questions. I have to add, she also was very helpful and prompt to find insurance for my granddaughters first home. Sarah at RMP Insurance Agency was wonderful and helped me figure out the best policy and price for my homeowner’s and auto insurance. I have a 1904 house and only certain companies will provide coverage, so it’s tough to find “deals”. She did a great job of explaining the options to my renewals, as well as worked with me on checking coverage. Through her diligence, we were able to increase coverage in a few key areas, while saving me over a thousand dollars a year.
