I met Sarah Lucero a while back when she was visiting Florida. I told her about an issue I had with homeowners insurance on a home in Colorado. She gave me her card, and thank God I kept it! The insurance company I had was cancelling because they no longer sold in that area. I contacted her from Florida, and she found me a great policy at a great price! She was extremely proficient and helpful. Her company is lucky to have her!

Buying insurance is kind of like going to the dentist in the minds of most folks I suppose. So when you find a great dentist that you like, you keep going back, right.
I have found my great practitioner of insurance in Joe Stepanski. He really asked great questions, and he really listened, and he really brought practical solutions to our needs.
He also knows how to make brisket, that’s never a bad thing.
I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge of products and the efficiency with which he conducted business.

I’ve been with the same insurance company for 38 years and it was getting more expensive every year. I got Sarah Lucero’s name from my daughter and I was told she is very helpful and would work hard to find us the best insurance and affordable. I was worried to make a change because we were with one insurance company for 38 years. I didn’t know if I should trust another ins company.
Well, Sarah made me feel comfortable, because I truly felt she listed, when I spoke, and she understood what coverages was needed and we were looking for savings also. We need new policies for our home and vehicles. Our granddaughter also needed insurance coverage for her vehicle.
Sarah gave her full attention to our conversations, and didn’t mind at all, when I called back with additional questions. I have to add, she also was very helpful and prompt to find insurance for my granddaughters first home.
Sarah truly takes the time to listen and gave it her all to help find what is best and affordable for us, the customer.
